Introduction:-

Jai Bhawani Glass Works P. Ltd. originally incorporated in the year 1982 but was taken over by the promoters in 1997 and converted into a Ceramic unit. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of Ceramic Glazed Wall Tiles under the brand name 'VICTORY'. It is a closely held and a non - listed company. The company has obtained ISO 9001 - 2000 certificate from SWISO. The company has installed the state of the art ' Roller Kiln ' 3 nos. imported from CHINA.

Nature of Business:-

Since taken over the company has been engaged in manufacturing Ceramic Glazed Wall and Floor Tiles of various sizes and colours. The factory (Unit - I) is located in Kadi in the Mehsana District of Gujarat with its registered office in Ahmedabad. It is totally a gas based unit using natural gas as fuel supplies from GAIL and ONGC to the tune of 16000m3 per day.

The company has over the years established a strong dealer network of about 200 dealers across the country and an excellent after - sales services.

The product is well establish in the market to compete with the best in the industry. Current production capacity is 11000 sq. mtr. / day with the state of the art machinery imported from the Ceramic Giants Italy and China.. The Company is having vide product range in a variety of designs and colours, presently in manufacturing of 20cm x 20cm, 20cm x 30cm, 25cm x 33cm, 30cm x 40cm in wall tiles and 30cm x 30cm floor tiles and introduction of larger size wall tiles of 30cm x 45 cm by the end of September 2006. Company has also introduced 10cm x 30cm , 7.5cm x 33cm, 20cm x 7.5cm, 20cm x 20cm and 25cm x 33cm in Borders & Motiffs .

Other factory (Unit - II) also located in the Mehsana District is engaged in the manufacture (on job work basis) of Ceramic Dust for manufacture of Ceramic Glazed Wall Tiles using the most advanced machine in this filled called the Spray Dryer. The same dust is also used at Unit - I for the manufacture of Tiles.

The turnover of both the units put together works out to around Rs. 50 Crores which includes exports to the tune of 20 percentage of the total turnover. The brand has captured a sizeable portion in the overseas market specially in the Middle East and African countries.

Group Company:-

The company is having sister concern Pavit Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. located at Bharuch in Gujarat is engaged in producing Vitrified Pavement Tiles. The Company has imported the entire plant and machinery from the China and so far is the only one in the country to manufacture Vitrified Pavement Tiles, up till now a concept known only to the European and American countries. Apart from its wide based retail customer base the Company is mainly engaged in Institutional projects and has within very short span developed a strong dealer network across the country and the brand "PAVIT' is now a popular and well known brand.
